Activity carried out under the auspices of the CEN European Standardization Committee.
  • 2004 – 2014: CSM – Centro Sviluppo Materiali: Consulting and Collaboration Activities for the drafting, Management and Technical Conduct of the Scientific Activities of Italian and European Research and Development Projects.

Participation in the following European research and development projects:

  • RFSR-CT-2005-00032 – Load spectrum lightening of fatigue tests data for time reduction of design validation (2004-2007)
    • RFSR-CT-2007-0002 – Development of methods for the characterization, fracture assessment and life prediction of new high strength steel under variable temperature operating conditions. (2007-2010). During this project a long and fruitful exchange of experiences between Compusystem and Imperial College of London (prof. K. Nikbin and Prof. R.P. Skelton) has been developed.
    • Participation with the Technical Conducting Responsibility in the eni gas & power division industrial research project (2009-2014). MAST-AE Remote Monitoring of Pipes for Gas Transport using the Acoustic Emission technique
    • Participation in the 2012 European RFSR call for research and development funds in the context of the project proposal: RFSR – O2W – Development of an Innovative and Cost-effective Condition Monitoring System (CMS) for On-line Damage Assessment of Wind Offshore Support Structures 
  • 2009:  SAIPEM: Consultancy for failure analysis of Ti-alloys compressor and Ni-base single crystal turbine blades of 10MW Solar Gas Turbine (San Diego, CA, USA).
  • 2004 – 2014: EFESTO MI. SRL: Mechanical Workshop Specialized in the Extraction and Construction of Specimens for the Conducting of Mechanical Tests on behalf of the CSM). Support and assistance for the construction of specimens. Assistance and Coordination of Information Systems.
  • 2011 – 2012: ITAMEC SRL:  Business Consortium Company share in the ITAMEC SRL Consortium consisting of 6 Companies operating in the Aerospace Sector (Mechanics, Electronics, Special Processes) with the aim of adhering to the initiatives promoted by the Ministry of Defense and assisted by AIAD for participation in calls for the construction of components for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program. Compusystem srl oversaw the activities of the presidency with participation in all national and international initiatives promoted by MoD and AIAD. (Washington DC Italian Embassy, Rome AIAD, CASD).
